Its the end of Fit 1 week 1 and the week was extremely busy and to fit training in as well as client hospitality has been difficult.
The week started with a late night networking event at the British Embassy and finished with a spot of food poisoning!!
Training has been very difficult with the right knee swelling a little after every session.
Here are the numbers

In all not a great weight loss but inches still being removed and clothes not as tight!!
This week has also included two steak dinners and some bread so for the next few weeks could be classed as a normal week.
If I can stay off the alcohol (2 1/2 weeks) and continue to train I think I can lose 2KG a week.
That means another 21 KG to go which is the equivalent of about 11 weeks so Cheltenham week I should be 90KG!!!!!!
